Artur has been in professional practice for over 20 years now, focusing on financial and transaction advice to leading Polish companies and international corporations as well as private equity funds.
He actively participated in and successfully managed numerous M&A transactions, IPOs and debt financing deals valued several billions of Polish zlotys.
From the very outset, Artur has worked with leading brokerage houses, including the investment banking department in Societe Generale. He was also a partner in a Polish boutique advisory firm where he dealt with transactions engaging major Polish businesses. He has been a Managing Partner of Crido Corporate Finance since 2017.
