Paweł Nowak
Pawel has worked in the meat industry since 1996, and as a part of the Goodvalley team since 2005. He has gained experience both as a specialist in meat technology and as a team leader working with large teams. His experience and practical knowledge are complemented by his educational background. Pawel graduated from the Food Technology Department at the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. He also holds an MBA Executive degree from the Poznań University of Economics and Georgia State University in Atlanta. As the CEO of Goodvalley Poland, he is responsible for the company's operations, sustainable development, and company image within agriculture. Thanks to his education and experience, he supports production areas, and due to his interests and acquired competencies, he contributes to the company’s commercial development. Paweł is passionate about meat’s culinary and nutritional use (in 2002 he received the prestigious title of Technologist of the Year), team management psychology, and working with people, he is also interested in marketing and the phenomena behind consumer decision-making processes.
