Tomasz Średziński
A young generation manager who interprets management principles in a modern way. His 20 years of experience in the food industry has resulted in his thorough knowledge and familiarity with the FMCG market.
Above all, he is VERSATILE: the DNA of a flesh-and-blood salesman and natural leadership skills make him extremely effective. On top of this, his excellent ability to sense the business environment and his determination translate into consistent production growth and the company’s increasingly stronger position in the market.
In private, he is passionate about unique dishes of Polish cuisine and an enthusiast of speedway.
Currently also one of the main architects and leaders of the company’s ‘new opening’ in the market. He is boldly leading SmakMAK towards a position as one of the leaders of the convenience food market in Poland.
