Piotr Grauer
Director, M&A, Deal Advisory at KPMG in Poland
Piotr has 20-year experience in financial advisory. He joined KPMG in 2006 and he is a specialist in the Mergers & Acquisitions advisory, playing a leading role in a variety of advisory engagements. During his career in Deal Advisory Group, Piotr has played a managerial role on dozens of M&A transactions in Poland and in other countries, focusing on the consumer markets and retail sectors. The envisaged M&A transactions comprised the disposal projects for the companies owners (both corporate clients and private individuals), as well as the buy-side assignments for investors exploring acquisition opportunities in Poland and in the CEE region. Piotr has also experience in complex transactions, including management and leveraged buy-outs (MBO/LBO) or companies mergers.
