A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Szczecin and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics on "Value Based Management". In the years 1995-2002, he was employed in financial institutions (including a brokerage house, investment funds). In 2002-2005, he was a member of the management board of Makarony Polskie S.A.
Since 2006, the President of the Management Board of Bio Planet S.A. A company that is the leader of the Polish market in the production and distribution of organic food, with sales exceeding PLN 200 million per year. Bio Planet S.A. shares are listed on the WSE.
From 2017, Vice President of the Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Organic Food.
