General Director of Bewa sp. z o.o., one of Poland's largest producers of water, beverages and NFC juices. He has extensive experience in the restructuring and development of food companies. He has managed such companies as ZPC Otmuchów S.A. (candy, dietary supplements, breakfast products), Tarczyński S.A. (cold cuts, protein snacks), Pizza Dominium S.A. (restaurant chain), Mispol S.A. (canned goods, pates, ready meals, pet food). He was also Managing Partner at IBD Conor sp. z o.o., a consulting firm that supports entrepreneurs in difficult moments, i.e. restructuring, ownership changes, etc. by conducting consulting projects for many Polish companies.
He moved to management in the food industry from the financial industry, where he worked for such companies as MCI Management, Hals Equity Fund, British Know How Fund and PTE Nationale Nederlanden.
He graduated from the Poznań University of Economics and holds the CFA title issued by CFA Insititute.
