Within the Grupa Progres, he is responsible for establishing and developing business contacts, market monitoring, and creating a sales network. He has collaborated with major Polish employers on advanced projects related to outsourcing services. In his opinion, HR outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and industrial robotics are instruments that can significantly enhance the competitiveness of the Polish industry, which should be a common goal for all serious B2B service providers.
