Entry to the car park is from ul. Marii Konopnickiej (Marii Konopnickiej Street). You will need to pay the parking fee on your own. The number of parking spaces is limited. Preferential price per day: PLN 90.00 net – payment in the hotel reception before departure (upon mentioning: Food Market and Retail Forum). After payment, you will have 15 minutes to leave the car park.
ACCOMODATION
The cost of accommodation is not covered by the Organiser. With the convenience of participants of The Food Market & Retail Forum in mind, the Sheraton Grand hotel in Warsaw is offering its rooms in preferential prices.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out till 12:00 p.m. Any requests for check-in or check-out outside of this timeframe will be discussed in advance and handled according to a mutually accepted procedure. Free cancellation is possible until October 21, 2024.. Any changes after this date will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full value of the stay and tax.
