Jakub Nowak, President of the Management Board of JNT Group, Member of the General Council of the The Association of Employers The Polish Wine Council.

He started his career in 2000 as a sales representative at Jantoń, where he became sales director in 2001, president of the distribution company Jantoń Dystrybucja in 2002, and vice-president of Jantoń in 2008. He took over as CEO of Jantoń in 2017 and, together with Enterprise Investors, bought out the company. In 2019, the company changed its name to JNT Group. On 30 August 2024, Jakub Nowak completed a management buyout and became the majority owner of this one of the largest wine companies in Poland.

Jakub Nowak is dynamically developing the company, focusing on innovation, development of the distribution network and product portfolio, modernisation of the production facility and market consolidation. He is the author of, among others, the purchase of the Grzaniec Galicyjski brand and the Platinum Wines company, the introduction of pioneering projects: Makłowicz Poleca, as well as Wino Chefa, implemented in cooperation with Michel Moran. He created the Monte Santi brand from scratch, which he continues to develop intensively. He acquired a majority stake in DOMENIILE BOIERU SRL, which owns a production facility and vineyards in Ciumbrud, thus introducing the JNT Group to the Romanian market.

Privately, he is a football, snowboard and tennis enthusiast. He has his own Wild Wine Racing team and races UTVs.
