Kamil Folkert, PhD

I'm an engineer with a humanistic heart, committed to an exciting journey from a software developer and IT architect to a C-level manager.

As CTO, I enabled the company to pivot toward Big Data and AI by building the Data Management Department and establishing strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors. I was responsible for fundraising and acquiring investors for our B2B SaaS product, Occubee.

As CRO, I oversaw revenue generation and managed the international commercial department, which included sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Now, as CEO of Occubee, I continue to lead my team toward shared goals and success.

My core motivation and growth come from continually developing new interdisciplinary skills and seeking insights to share with others, helping them better understand how technical and personal aspects resonate both individually and as team members.

I am committed to long-term goals in all areas of my life – from helping clients implement technology in their businesses, to spending quality time with family, and challenging myself daily on the demanding Ironman triathlon journey.
