Maciej Czapiewski, Director of New Technologies at MAGO S.A., is responsible for the development and commercialization of solutions based on new technologies, not limited to the broadly understood retail sector. A management practitioner with a background in finance, he is a member of boards and supervisory boards, as well as an advisor to companies in the IT, telecommunications, and automation industries. For years, he has held positions focused on company growth in both product and market dimensions, particularly in streamlining processes at the intersection of technology and everyday users. He has extensive experience in managing projects and companies undertaking pioneering initiatives on the Polish market for microprocessor cards, payment terminals, automatic data processing systems, and self-service solutions in the administrative, banking, and private and public service sectors.
