BADGE COLLECTION

To collect your badges, please visit the foyer of the conference rooms at the Sheraton Grand Warsaw Hotel. Upon entering the building from B. Prusa Street, please proceed to the right.

Registration hours:

  • 4 November 2024: 8am-4pm and 6.30pm-2pm
  • 5 November 2024: 8.30- 14.30

The badge is valid for the two days of the event. When leaving the conference space and returning, the badge must be presented each time to be scanned.

Due to the high level of interest and the possibility of traffic congestion, please arrive relatively early before the start of the session.

We would like to remind you that online pre-registration is compulsory.

LECTURE LANGUAGE

The lecture language will be Polish. Selected sessions will be translated into English.

GALA

The Food & Retail Awards Gala and Good Product Certificates will be held on 4 November at 7.00 p.m., to which you are cordially invited. Entry on the basis of a badge. The Gala will take place in the ABCDE Ballroom. The official part will be followed by a banquet.

Admission to the Gala is granted to Forum participants with Premium status and Speakers.

TRANSMISSION

All sessions of the 17th Food Market and Trade Forum will be streamed online on the event homepage.

Participation online is free upon prior registration.

PARKING

The entrance to the car park is from Marii Konopnickiej Street. Payment for parking on your own, to be made at the hotel reception before you leave (please quote the password: Food Market and Trade Forum). Cost per day: 90 PLN net. After payment, the time for leaving the car park is 15 minutes.

The number of parking spaces is limited. We recommend, if possible, to choose public transport.
